Harry Edward Styles - also called Harry Styles - is a British musician as well as a composer. Harry Styles has been acknowledged as the composer for the One Direction band. He was born at Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England 1 February 1994, he is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive, together with his fellow classmates, created a band group called White Eskimo. The group was part of the Battle of Bands where thanks to their outstanding performances, they were winners. Despite having always shown interest in music he also wanted to be an attorney or the profession of physiotherapist. When he worked in the city's bakery, Harry Styles was able to provide for his family. Harry Styles, in 2010 was a contestant on The X Factor. His single Is not She Lovely was recorded by Stevie Wonder. It was for this reason that the group split. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury member of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles join a band called One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group and they were created in the year 2010. The group performed the song Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would be Sucking Without You together with Bonnie Tyler Total Eclipse of the Heart. The result, they were among the finalist. They were however placed third in the third place, behind Rebecca Ferguson and winner Matt Cardle. Harry Styles did not receive an award, but Cowell offered a 2-million-pound deal for One Direction in order for the group to join Syco Records.
