Kelly Clarkson (American singer/songwriter) is a popular American after winning American Idol's first season. Her win was not only hugely successful, but it earned her a recording contract for several albums with RCA Records 19 Recordings & 'S Records. Since then she has released many studio albums, including three which topped the US Billboard 200' chart while the other albums narrowly missed the coveted spot. She's one of the most successful artists to come out of The American Idol series. She began to experiment with themes and songs after her fame increased. To acknowledge her talents and individuality, she has received lots of praise as well as awards. Grammy Award Grammy Award is her most highly regarded recognition.
